Limited Seating Guarantee - 2 Year
The Limited Seating Guarantee applies to specific seating products and is based upon the structural capability of
the chair. As such, the
Limited Seating Guarantee Period is fixed at 2 Years
All limited guarantee seating products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects, except for the upholstery,
castors and mechanisms which are subject to usage related wear and tear. Please note that the maximum weight
loading should not exceed 16 stone (224lbs/102kg). For the first 2 months, based on normal usage of a maximum
of 8 hours per day, all repairs of any manufacturing defects will be completed free of charge. From this point
onwards, all spare parts required are free, but all labour costs and carriage to and from the customer will be
charged. The guarantee is effective from the day the chair leaves the factory and the supplier reserves the right not
to apply the guarantee in cases of inappropriate use or when the product has been tampered with by a third party
or interventions by non-authorised personnel.
