Returns policy: Following completion of the delivery, if you the customer are not satisfied with the product(s) a collection request can only be actioned if the following criteria are met: If the product is found to be unusable, either by manufacturing fault or defective materials, then it will be replaced at no extra charge or you will be credited accordingly. If the product remains sealed in its original packaging and is undamaged, then you will be credited, less a re-stocking and collection charge of £10.00 for chairs and £30 for workstations. Unless the product is found to be unfit for purpose due to faults occurring in manufacture or deficiencies in the materials used (not excluding the statutory rights of the customer), any part or fully assembled items will not be accepted for return.Guarantees Limited Seating Guarantee - 1 Year The Limited Seating Guarantee applies to specific seating products and is based upon the structural capability of the chair. As such, the Limited Seating Guarantee Period is fixed at 1 Year All limited guarantee seating products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects, except for the upholstery, castors and mechanisms which are subject to usage related wear and tear. Please note that the maximum weight loading should not exceed 16 stone (224lbs/102kg). For the first 2 months, based on normal usage of a maximum of 8 hours per day, all repairs of any manufacturing defects will be completed free of charge. From this point onwards, all spare parts required are free, but all labour costs and carriage to and from the customer will be charged. The guarantee is effective from the day the chair leaves the factory and the supplier reserves the right not to apply the guarantee in cases of inappropriate Limited Seating Guarantee - 2 Year The Limited Seating Guarantee applies to specific seating products and is based upon the structural capability of the chair. Standard Seating Guarantee - 3 Years All seating products are guaranteed for a period related to the usage and structural capability of the chair. As such, the standard guarantee period is fixed at 3 Years. However, this period is affected by the usage level of this product. Normal 8 hours per day usage equates to a Guarantee Period of 5 Years Heavy 16 hours per day usage equates to a Guarantee Period of 3 Years Constant 24 hours per day usage equates to a Guarantee Period of 1 Year Regardless of usage, all seating products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects, except for the upholstery, castors and mechanisms which are subject to usage related wear and tear. Please note that the maximum weight loading should not exceed 18 stones (252lbs/115kg). For the first four months, regardless of usage, all repairs of any manufacturing defects will be completed free of charge. From this point onwards, all spare parts required are free, but all labour costs and carriage to and from the customer will be charged. The guarantee is effective from the day the chair leaves the factory and the supplier reserves the right not to apply the guarantee in cases of inappropriate use or when the product has been tampered with by a third party or interventions by non-authorised personnel.
Contract Seating Guarantee - 5 Years All seating products are guaranteed for a period related to the usage of the chair. Normal 8 hours per day usage equates to a Guarantee Period of 5 Years Heavy 16 hours per day usage equates to a Guarantee Period of 3 Years Constant 24 hours per day usage equates to a Guarantee Period of 1 Year Regardless of usage, all seating products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects, except for the upholstery, castors and mechanisms which are subject to usage related wear and tear. Please note that the maximum weight loading should not exceed 18 stones (252lbs/115kg). For the first six months, regardless of usage, all repairs of any manufacturing defects will be completed free of charge. From this point onwards, all spare parts required are free, but all labour costs and carriage to and from the customer will be charged. The guarantee is effective from the day the chair leaves the factory and the supplier reserves the right not to apply the guarantee in cases of inappropriate ALL PRICES SHOWN HERE ARE EX-VAT.
