Goods will only be accepted for return if unused and in a re-saleable condition and in original packaging. Unless the product is being returned due to a manufacturing fault or supplier error, there will be a handling charge of £20 for chairs, £30 for desks / workstations (sofas poa). It is the responsibility of the customer to obtain proof of dispatch/collection. All returned goods will be inspected and we reserve the right to charge for incomplete returns, orders placed in error or not wanted prior to any credits being raised. These warranties do not affect your statutory rights.

Please be aware it can take up to 10 days for the courier to collect a return request and return inspections are only done on two days a week - these warranties do not affect your statutory rights 

Defective products / damaged items. We will replace any damaged parts, if the item has been delivered with a damaged replaceable part we will send a replacement to you  however you must notify us within 36 hours that the item has damage.  We will not replace items that have replaceable damaged parts; goods will only be replaced if the parts are not replaceable

our chairs are built to the highest standards, using the very best components available and conform to bifma, din norm & bs standards. Full certification is available. All chairs are subjected to continuous rigorous and exacting tests of quality, durability and design. Therefore, we are happy to offer our fully supported guarantee of 1 year on structure with 1 year on moving parts and upholstery, subject to acceptable levels of commercial wear and tear. We reserve the right to modify and improve chairs / desks without notice. Replacement parts shipped to standard, mainland uk delivery point.

all foams used are fully fire retardant.

Retail packaging for seating

we standardise our triple walled 8mm white cardboard boxes. We have taken great care in ensuring the internal protective packaging is sufficient and includes cardboard sleeves between the upholstery sets (which are also wrapped in polythene bags - with non-suffocation warnings), bubble wrap and cardboard sleeves around brackets and metal components.; bolts are sent in blister packs and easy to follow line drawing assembly instructions are included in each carton. All boxes are double nylon banded as a final security measure.
