This item price INCLUDES VAT!
No need to ask!! We will automatically provide you with a vat receipt once the goods have
been paid for and dispatched.
If you would like to find out how much VAT you can claim back, click on the link below.
For quickest despatch pay by phone, using your Switch, Delta, Maestro, Mastercard, Visa, Electron,
Solo or Amex card. We will need details of the full address to which the card is registered (i.e. where your statement is
sent) so we can verify that your card is not being misused by someone else.
Alternatively we accept bank transfer payments (BACS). Email us for the necessary details
if you wish to use this option.
Please do not send cash. (It is cheaper and safer for you to pay cash into our account at
your local Natwest Bank.)
When sending your payment by mail, please include a slip of paper, or an auction print-out,
which shows your correct delivery address, a daytime telephone number and the item number so we can quickly identify the auction
you have won. We will not be responsible for any extra costs in redelivery or redirection if we are given incorrect shipping
details at this stage.
You may also send a cheque or Postal Order made payable to 'scribesdirect'.
If you choose to pay by cheque (personal or business), please advise us in advance so that
we can notify you when it has been received.
Please note that if you pay by cheque there will be a delay in despatching your order
as we will need to allow 5 banking days to ensure that the payment has cleared
before we can process your order.We will also need a daytime contact telephone
number.
We will acknowledge receipt of your payment and give a due despatch date.
We only ship to mainland England,
Wales or Southern Scotland for the carriage price quoted on this listing.
Shipping to Offshore Islands
including the Isle of Wight, Scottish Highlands or Northern Ireland will be surcharged,
at least double the basic charge shown. Please contact us before buying for a list of
postcodes affected.
We regret that we do not ship outside the UK or channel islands.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING TRANSIT DAMAGE ON CARRIER-DELIVERED ITEMS:
Carriers will NOT entertain claims for damage when items
have been signed for as 'RECEIVED IN GOOD CONDITION'. It is your responsibility to examine the package thoroughly and write
'DAMAGED' on the carrier's paperwork before signing if you feel there is any indication whatsoever that your package has been
damaged in transit.
We cannot help with claims which you have invalidated if you ignore this advice.

RETURN POLICY DETAILS

items are sold as being in working order (unless otherwise specified in the listing).
Items which are sold with a manufacturer's warranty (see individual listings) are subject to a
12 month return to base policy. All other items that fail within a maximum of 7 working days from receipt will be refunded
or replaced at our discretion unless stated otherwise in our description.
Item Serial Nos. and/or security markings must
match our records.
